Project Team

The Safe Streets for All planning effort is a collaborative project led by the Haines Borough in partnership with the Chilkoot Indian Association (CIA). The Borough and CIA are working with local engineering firm proHNS LLC and its subconsultant Transportation Engineering Northwest (TENW) to provide data collection, technical analysis, public outreach, and planning expertise. A Steering Committee of community representatives is guiding the process, with input from local groups, agencies, and organizations to ensure the plan reflects a broad range of perspectives and community priorities.
